It starts with a simple “Hello”
The first step is to call or email us about the woodcrafting product that you are thinking about. You can even ask us to call you back 😉

Your Idea
We roughly discuss what you have in mind, the style, colour, features and your budget.
We share any initial suggestions and ideas that might add to the concept and make sure that you aware of all the options.
Our process begins with total immersion into your project. We combine our artistic vision with our hands-on talent to bring you something you will love.

The Draw
Next, we will send out a team to the site where the product will be installed to collect exact measurements and dimensions.
With these measurements and the consultation plans from above, the designer will then begin to prepare and draw up plans.
Our drawings that fully integrate modern appliances, sustainable / beautiful materials, and spatial relationships give you a life-like overview of how your space will look when completed.

To The Showroom
After the plans have been drawn up and discussed, we invite you to our showroom to show, discuss and pick all the finishings of the project.
This will include the type of wood, colour, accessories, textures and fittings.

One More Visit
Once the final drawings are approved along with all the fittings, finishes and accessories, we request a 50% deposit to kick off the installation process.
Once the deposit is received, we visit the site one more time to check that all the measurements and dimensions line up with the final drawings.
Our craftsman will also start with all off-site woodcrafting.

Installation!
After Lé Grandt Woodcraft craftsmen have designed and crafted your product, the final step of this creative process comes during installation.
The product is installed by our team of professional craftworkers. Once the job is done and the customer is 100% happy with the final product we request the balance of the cost of the product.
We take our reputation very seriously and will not consider a job finalised if the client isn’t 100% happy with their product.
